Use separate directories for older versions of Minecraft. ![]() I installed forge 1.7.10 (the same version I used before) but when I tried to enter the world I played on earlier a message popped up on my screen for a second and it said shutting down internal server, after that an another message popped up saying a fatal error occured, this connection was terminated and I got kicked to the multiplayer menu. After I was done testing it, I deleted that world and exited minecraft. When I wanted to test MrCrayfish's construction mod, I saw that the building packs for 1.6.4 don't work with a 1.7.2 version so I installed forge 1.6.4 and made a new world just to test that mod. I was playing minecraft 1.7.10 with a bunch of mods I added (I will list them all below), so I had one creative world I tested them on. (#spoiler) = neat!
